At Washington Spirit Shop, we want you to represent your team with pride and confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that customized player jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
